ScheduleThe information on this site is updated as we can, but should be considered tentative. The final full schedule will be in the registration packets. Friday: We'll have registration packet pickup at the hotel. At some point, packet pickup will move to the site of the Friday Social, the Jackson Street Roundhouse. For those who pick up your registration packet at the hotel, there will be a map to the Roundhouse with all your stuff. If you'll be picking up your packet at the Roundhouse, there is a map on their website. We'll be having soft drinks, water, and appetizers among the Museum artifacts and special activities are being planned for our members. Saturday: Saturday morning is dedicated to clinics, both rail and non rail related. The complete schedule will be in your packet, a tentative schedule will be posted here as possible. Saturday noon will a non rail luncheon, although rails may be tolerated. We'll be a having a box lunches with assorted sandwiches, a salad, coffee and desert. Since this is a new feature for the TLR, we need to have a certain number of people to make it happen. If not enough people register for the luncheon, it may be canceled. Saturday afternoon is layout tours. The focus will be quality not quantity. John Hotvet is hard at work setting up the tours, and is hoping most will be a reasonable distance from the hotel. We're also looking at ideas for the non rails, and non layout tour interested folks. There will (probably) be video clinics available for those rails not interested in touring. Saturday evening will be the banquet and door prizes. 'nuff said! Sunday: Sunday morning will be the TLR Board and General Membership meetings (believe it or not, these is the main reason for the whole weekend!). In the afternoon will be more layout tours, this time a bit farther afield from the hotel, places to stop at on your way home.
