BanquetThe banquet menu includes three choices for the main course: Prime Rib au Jus - A Generous cut of Choice Prime Rib, Slow-Roasted To Perfection and Served with au Jus and Horseradish Chicken Marsala - A Lightly Breaded Breast of Chicken in a Marsala Sauce, Topped with Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese Vegetarian - A pasta dish (We're working on a better description...) All meals include the House Salad, Chef's Choice Starch, Vegetable du Jour, Rolls and Butter, Chef's Choice Dessert, and Coffee. Please remember to indicate your menu choice(s) on the Registration form!
